Enrolment Terms & Conditions

ADMISSION TO ENROL WILL BE GRANTED:

  1. Payment has been received;
  2. The following forms submitted within the specified timeframe
  3. Medical History Information Agreement
  4. Activity Agreement Form
  5. Enrolment Letter

EARLY BIRD & SPECIAL OFFERS

To qualify for any Early Bird or promotional offer, the Enrolment Fee must be paid by the due date stated on the Tax Invoice.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. Pay in Full
  2. Full amount payable on enrolment.
  • Deposit Option
  • Deposit amount payable on enrolment.
  • Balance due 14 days prior to event start date.
  • Late Fee: $195
  • Default: Non-payment of the balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of the deposit and loss of your place at the event.
  • Payment Plan
  • Deposit amount payable on enrolment.
  • Balance payable in 6 monthly instalments, starting one month from enrolment.
  • Late Fee: $55 per missed instalment.
  • Default: Any amount unpaid for over 14 days may be referred to a debt collection agency at Real Education’s discretion, with collection fees added to the outstanding balance.

REFUNDS:

Unable to Attend – Refund Policy:

Real Education does not offer refunds.

Unable to Attend – No Show’s:

An Enrolee will forfeit their entire payment (including any Shuttle Bus fee) if they do not attend the event without notifying Real Education before 2pm the day before the event start time: –

Unable to Attend – Transfer Policy:

Rescheduling must happen no later than 24 hours prior to the start time.  All monies paid will be placed in credit towards any other Real Education event that is held within 12 months of the original event date.

The following Transfer fees are applicable:

  • $220 for the first transfer
  • $330 for further transfers.

Where the transfer payment has not been made before the original event commences the Enrolee will be considered a “no show”.

THIRD PARTY ENROLMENTS:

Monies held in credit can be transferred to a third party. There is an administration fee of $330 per transfer.

Where another person (known as a Third Party) pays for an Enrolee to attend an event, the Third Party cannot: –

  1. Make a claim for credit, transfer or refund. All payments are made at the Payee’s risk.
  • Ask for an invoice to be issued in their name (or the Payee’s business name) solely.  The Invoice will be issued in the Enrolee’s name c/- The Payee.

THE ENROLMENT FEE FOR WORKSHOPS RESIDENTIAL AT RETREAT:

The following are included in the Enrolment Fee:

  1. Entry into the event.
  2. All learning materials
  3. All meals from 2pm Thursday to 7pm Sunday
  4. Accommodation Thursday to Saturday night

          Sunday night accommodation is not available

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES FOR WORKSHOPS RESIDENTIAL AT RETREAT:

The following are not included in the Enrolment Fee:

  1. Travel to & from the venue

          We offer a Shuttle Bus service. This is an additional expense.

          Please refer to Terms & Conditions below

Shuttle Bus Service:

Where the Shuttle Bus Service is available, this is an additional non-refundable cost, from Brisbane Airport to the venue, on the following events:

  • Real Woman 1 Workshop
  • Real Man 1 Workshop

Pickup Point – Coffee Club stand, Brisbane Domestic Airport outside the Virgin Arrivals Lounge at 12.15pm. We recommend you be on time as the bus driver will not wait. The mobile number of the bus driver will be text to you Wednesday afternoon.

If your flight is delayed you are responsible, ie: hire a car, and arrive at the venue by 2pm.  The venue is 1 hour 20minutes from Brisbane Domestic Airport. Please refer to your Enrolment Letter for the venue address and directions.

We do not have a Shuttle Bus Service for your return trip from the Workshop. Carpooling is arranged for all passengers to return to Brisbane airport.

TRAVEL EXPENSES NO LIABILITY:

Real Education is not responsible or liable for the Enrolee’s travel expenses, including but not limited to the cost of the Enrolee’s flights, hire car, and/or accommodation, even in the event of unforeseen circumstances, ie: natural disasters and force majeure events, regardless if Real Education postpones, reschedule or cancel an event.

We highly recommend the Enrolee ensure they are fully aware of and agree to the terms and conditions including the cancellation policy/s) for their travel & accommodation expenses and are aware if such policies have a cancellation fee and their policy on refunds. We also highly recommend the Enrolee has satisfactory travel insurance.

RESERVE RIGHTS

Real Education reserves the right to modify dates and venues due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice or penalty. All fees are subject to change at the discretion of Real Education without notice. Terms & Conditions are subject to change; without notice, however, each enrolee is bound by the version current at the time of their enrolment, regardless of any updates made after that point.

Refunds will not be issued if Real Education postpones, reschedules, or cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters and force majeure events. Any payments made will be held as credit for future events.
